I am a Chicago-based digital communications professional who specializes in social media strategy, employee advocacy and strategic content creation.

It’s impossible to connect with your audience without a robust and authentic digital presence. My job is to share your brand’s stories with audiences who will care.

I lead the strategy and deployment of Portillo’s Connect, our new digital workspace tool designed to foster cross-functional business alignment and elevate employee engagement across our diverse organization of over 80 restaurants, our Oak Brook-based corporate office, and packaging plants.

As a champion of employee advocacy and executive visibility, I amplify awareness of Portillo’s as an employer of choice, ensuring that our teams are connected to critical information about HR benefits, perks, and operational updates. By distributing field operations insights, I help drive sales and enhance the restaurant experience for our guests.

Collaboration is at the heart of my role. Working closely with IT, People, Marketing, and Field Operations teams, I craft engaging communications strategies that do more than share information—they ensure our employees understand and act on it.

Through these efforts, I am proud to contribute to Portillo’s ongoing success and our mission to make every team member feel informed, supported, and empowered.

I ideated, strategized and executed company branding initiatives through social media, email marketing and other forms of digital communications. I was responsible for engaging and growing the digital audience for Portillo’s. I also supported teams cross-functionally, including recruiting, operations and new restaurant opening teams.

I was responsible for creating the social media strategy for all four Winsight editorial media brands to increase story circulation and engagement with readers. I created and optimized our monthly paid social media programs for our advertising clients, which included appropriating budget, segmenting audiences for retargeting and circulating creative content recommendations to ensure delivery of high quality metrics to our clients. I also ideated new social media programs to help us tell our stories in new, exciting ways.

I oversaw the social media strategy for several of Winsight’s media products and events, deployed daily and weekly email newsletters and produced special multimedia projects, including podcasts, videos and website premier pages.

Social Media

Social media is a portal to engage your audience in meaningful conversations on the digital spaces they frequent the most. I’m currently ideating new social media programs for all of Winsight’s media brands, which include targeted paid Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn campaigns, audience engagement initiatives on Facebook and LinkedIn groups and live chat broadcasts on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.
